Confidentiality and ownership
Discuss an NDA before exchanging commercial formula information. Formula ownership, exclusivity, percentage disclosure and transfer rights require a separate written agreement.

Confirm ingredient identity, origin, supplier documents and any trademark or patent usage rights against the actual specification.

Quality and handoff
Agree on the manufacturer, test scope, fees, batch documents, release criteria and delivery responsibility.

334 complete 30-unit packs require 10,020 capsules or sachets. Product quantities and custom-printed packaging quantities may differ. Softgels, tablets and other formats are assessed separately. Small-batch does not mean every format is available in a few hundred units.

Can an existing formula go straight into production?
Raw-material availability, equipment suitability, specification and packaging must still be reviewed. Necessary changes and sampling are confirmed before production.
Is an ODM formula automatically exclusive?
No. Exclusivity, formula disclosure, transfer rights and duration must be agreed in writing.
Can I specify a brand-name ingredient or strain?
You can request it. Availability, documentation, applicable specifications and usage rights must be confirmed before commitment.
